South Baldwin Regional Medical Center supports local Heart Walk

Foley, AL (September 12, 2012) – South Baldwin Regional Medical Center employees recently participated in the 2012 Baldwin County Heart Walk, held at Heritage Park in Foley. The Heart Walk is an annual non-competitive walk to raise awareness and funds to support the American Heart Association’s mission to build healthier lives free of cardiovascular disease and stroke – the nations’ No. 1 and No. 4 killers.

In addition to providing free on-site health screenings, South Baldwin Regional Medical Center physicians and employees exceeded their goal and raised more than $9000 for local research.
