Scale Back Alabama

January 21, 2010 - South Baldwin Regional Medical Center (SBRMC) will participate again this year in the Scale Back Alabama Program. The program encourages residents who are overweight to loose weight by participating in a healthy lifestyle including good nutrition and exercise. Teams may weigh in on Tuesday, January 26th and Friday, January, 29th at the Cardiac Rehab Building across from the Emergency Room entrance to the hospital from 8am to 4pm each day.
