South Baldwin Regional Medical Center Announces Employees Of the Month and Quarter

FOLEY, AL (October 19, 2012) - South Baldwin Regional Medical Center has named Jessica Davis, RN on 2 Central as Employee of the Month for July. Davis was also recognized as the Dr. John Foster Patient First Award Employee of the Quarter for Q3. Also recognized were Tracy Reed, Case Management Coordinator as Employee of the Month for August and Misha Alms, Business Office Lockbox Specialists as Employee of the Month for September.

Jessica Davis was recognized for being very caring, compassionate, understanding and safe. Davis was also recognized for being excellent with her patients and other staff and always wearing a smile. As Employee of the Quarter and winner of the Dr. John Foster Patient First Award, Davis received a check for $350; free meals for a quarter in the café, an individual plaque, her photo displayed in the café and is eligible for Employee of the Year. Davis was also recognized in a hospital wide celebration.

Employee of the Month for August was Tracy Reed, Case Manager Coordinator. Reed was recognized for her caring personality and professional manner. As winner of the Employee of the Month for August, Reed received a check for $100, free meals for a month in the café, an employee of the month paperweight and was recognized in a hospital wide celebration.

Employee of the Month for September was Misha Alms, Business Office Lockbox Specialist. Alms was recognized for truly caring about the employees of the hospital and people in the community. Alms received a check for $100, free meals for a month in the café, an employee of the month paperweight and were recognized in a hospital wide celebration.
